Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because Khaaspur blends are consumable products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or flavour preference.

But if something genuinely went wrong with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Wrong Product Received
If we’ve sent you the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a clear photo of what you received, and your unboxing video.

Once verified, we’ll arrange an appropriate replacement at no additional delivery cost.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives significantly damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the outer parcel and damaged product
  • Your unboxing video

Eligible verified claims will receive a replacement at no additional delivery cost.

What Counts as Significant Damage?
Damage that affects the product, seal, safety, usability or overall integrity of your order.

Minor cosmetic dents, scratches or marks on the reusable tin that do not compromise the product or seal are not eligible for replacement.

Opened Products
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verified product-quality issue.

Product-Quality Concerns
If you believe something is genuinely wrong with the blend you received, stop consuming it and contact us within 24 hours of noticing the issue.

Please keep the product and packaging while we review your claim.

Refunds
Where possible, eligible issues will generally be resolved through a replacement first.

If a replacement cannot reasonably be provided, Khaaspur may offer a refund for the affected product after reviewing the claim.

Approved refunds will be returned through an appropriate available payment method. Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error by Khaaspur.
