How to brew a little hulchul.
No fancy equipment. No complicated rules. Just your Khaaspur Blend, hot water, a little sweetness if you like, and plenty of ice.
Scoop. Brew. Pour. Bas.
The Khaaspur way, over ice.
-
1. HEAT
Heat ½ cup (125ml) water.
-
2. SWEETEN
Stir in 1 tsp sugar while the water is hot, or sweeten to taste.
-
3. BREW
Add 1 tbsp (2–2.5g) Khaaspur Blend and steep for 7–10 minutes.
-
4. ICE IT
Add ½ cup (125ml) cold water and 5–7 ice cubes to your glass.
-
5. POUR
Strain your brewed concentrate over the glass, give it a stir and bas, your Khaaspur is ready.
No ice? No problem.
Khaaspur Blends work warm too.
Add 1 tbsp (2–2.5g) of your Blend to 1 cup (250ml) hot water and let it steep for 7–10 minutes.
Strain, sweeten to taste, and settle in.
Same brew. Different mood.
Make your glass yours.
-
STRONGER OR LIGHTER?
Steep a little longer for a stronger brew, or a little less for something lighter.
-
SWEETNESS IS PERSONAL
We like starting with 1 tsp sugar, but add more, less, or use your preferred sweetener.
-
HOT OR ICED
Same Khaaspur Brew, different mood. Make it whichever way the day calls for.
Brew behaving differently today?
Too strong or bitter?
Try a slightly shorter steep next time. Start at 7 minutes and adjust from there.
Too light?
Let it steep a little longer, up to 10 minutes.
Not sweet enough?
Add sweetness to your taste. We recommend starting with 1 tsp sugar and going from there.
Can I make it ahead of time?
Yep. Brew it, let it cool and keep it covered in the fridge until you're ready to pour over ice.
Now you just need something to brew.
Pick your mood, grab a glass, and make a little hulchul.
