About the Blends
What exactly is a Khaaspur blend?
A loose blend of real dried fruits, flowers and herbs that you brew yourself. Think refreshing, flavourful and somewhere in the world of iced tea, just with its own Khaaspur ritual.
Are these teas?
Not exactly. Our current blends are made from fruits, flowers and herbs rather than traditional tea leaves.
Can I drink them hot and cold?
Yep. Both brews can be enjoyed warm or poured over ice. Check out our How to Brew guide for both methods.
Does the blend come sweetened?
Nope. You control the sweetness. We recommend starting with around 1 tsp sugar per glass and adjusting to your taste.
How much blend do I use per glass?
Start with 1 tbsp of Khaaspur blend per glass and steep for 7–10 minutes.
Ingredients & Product
What’s inside each blend?
Just the ingredients listed on the tin. Gulabi Shaam contains rose and apple, while Dopahar Ki Chaon contains mint, lemon and orange.
Do you use artificial flavours or colours?
No artificial flavours or colours. What you see in the blend is what you’re brewing.
Why does my blend look slightly different from the photos?
We’re working with real dried fruits, flowers and herbs, so a little variation in colour, size and appearance is completely normal.
How should I store my Khaaspur blend?
Keep the tin tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Can I reuse the tin?
Please do. 😭 Once the blend is finished, clean and reuse your Khaaspur dabba instead of throwing it away. We’ve even made a Reuse Your Tin guide with ideas for what it can become next.
Orders & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver Pakistan-wide.
How long will my order take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–7 working days, depending on your location and courier conditions.
How much is delivery?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yep. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. Other available payment options will appear at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we can’t guarantee cancellation.
Returns & Order Issues
Can I return or exchange my Khaaspur blend?
Because our blends are consumable products, we can’t accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or flavour preference.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the parcel and product, and your unboxing video so we can review what happened.
Do I need to record an unboxing video?
Yes, please record your parcel from the moment you begin opening it. An unboxing video helps us verify damage, missing items or other order issues.
What counts as significant damage?
Damage that affects the product, seal or usability of your order. Small cosmetic dents or marks on the reusable tin that don’t affect the product inside aren’t eligible for replacement.
I received the wrong product. What now?
Our bad. 😭 Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photo and unboxing video, and we’ll sort it out.
